Oil Pipeline Replacement
The project consisted of replacing 500 linear feet of pipeline over land, demolishing two each loading arms and associated piping, as well as removing and replacing 100 linear feet of 24โ pipe on the lower pipe rack on the loading pier. The existing piping could not be steamed prior to demolition which resulted in the work having to be performed with residual No. 6 oil inside of the pipes. Extensive planning and extreme care was taken to complete the project without any safety or environmental incidents.
