A native Richmonder and a passionate Virginian, Tim is a lifelong writer, story-teller, and marketing specialist dedicated to our state’s historic Chesapeake seafood, waterman, and maritime culture. The article focuses on founder Juan Crofton’s personal journey that led to him starting a diving business with a friend, Crofton’s evolution of services and capabilities, and the people that make it happen.
