We’re thrilled to share that our very own Camille Crofton Cherry, Marketing Director at CROFTON, is featured in the latest issue of CoVa BIZ Magazine! Camille is highlighted in the section “Impact Makers: Women Leading with Vision and Heart,” celebrating women shaping the business, creative, and entrepreneurial landscape in our region.
“One of the best parts of my job is sharing good news!” she says. “The CROFTON team works hard every day to exhibit our core values of Relationships, Integrity, Safety, and Excellence. Whether it’s a successful project, a professional development win, or celebrating an employment milestone–promoting our team and the amazing things they accomplish every day, brings me great joy.”

CROFTON Team Enjoys Hockey Game in Durham, NC
Teamwork makes the dream work – on and off the job site! Last week, our project crew working in Durham, NC, had the chance to unwind and cheer on the Carolina Hurricanes as they faced off against the Toronto Maple Leafs. It was a fun night, made even sweeter with a Canes victory! (If you look closely, you might spot Kenny Crofton, blending into the action – way in the back). A big shoutout to our hardworking crew! We appreciate you.
CROFTON Celebrates the Holidays at Nauticus
This year, the CROFTON team celebrated the holidays at Nauticus, where the magic of the season came alive! Our team enjoyed a night of holiday cheer, featuring Winterfest on the Wisconsin – where dazzling lights and festive displays lit up the historic battleship – plus delicious food, a signature CROFTON beer from Elation Brewing, amazing maritime exhibits, and pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus (who were kind enough to pause their North Pole preparations just for us)!
It was a night filled with joy and celebration of all we’ve accomplished together this year. Thank you to everyone who made it so special. We couldn’t ask for a better team with whom to close out 2024!
(Big thanks to Tiger’s photography for the beautiful Santa photos!)

It was a fantastic evening of reconnecting with industry friends and honoring the legacy of our region’s coal industry. Here’s to the hardworking teams and partnerships that keep things moving year-round.
